Brittney Swan, CEO & Founder

Brittney Swan CEO and Founder started Swans Resumes in 2005, as a support to local community needs for breast cancer awareness, cerebral palsy funding, local music foundations, and the SPCA. For the last 17 years has immersed herself in talent acquisition, recruitment process, top talent sourcing, and interviewing advancements. She has worked alongside heavy hitters within corporate retail, IT architecture, property management, and government organizations, which a primary focus on leading recruitment teams, funneling company systems, and candidacy education.

In 2017, Brittney launched her resume business as a one-woman band, one job seeker at a time. As the business grew, she began to expand with a team of dedicated individual potential and tailored client needs within all industries. During that time Brittney has appeared on numerous media publications, podcasts and has worked with some of the largest tech, retail, healthcare, theme park, and social media companies in the Silicon Valley and the world.

When she is not working she enjoys exploring her home state of California with her husband and son.

Rebecca Robison, Sr. Resume Editor

Rebecca is currently Swans Resumes, senior resume editor, and assistant to the CEO, Brittney Swan. Rebecca is currently working on her second degree in advanced journalism at CSUS while working full time. She worked herself up to “News and Campus Life”, editor during her time on the university newspaper, during her time of gaining her Associate’s Degree in journalism with honors. She has been featured on various newsletters, media blogs, and live radio, providing key insights to her generation’s job seekers and like-minded word architects.

Rebecca plays a major role in the Swans Resumes team as an administrative strategist but also supports the clients with her empathic approaches, fast edit turnarounds, and clear communication.

When she is not working, Rebecca loves to relax in a good book and practice both internal and external self-care.
